CLARITY BY NEFY LLC
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Clarity by Nefy LLC ("Company") and the client ("Client") as of the date services are purchased or initiated.
Clarity by Nefy LLC provides financial organization, operational support, financial clarity consulting, process organization, reporting support, and related administrative consulting services for individuals, families, and small businesses. Services may include, but are not limited to: • Financial organization and cleanup • Budgeting support • Expense and cash flow tracking • Operational and process organization • Financial visibility and reporting support • Oversight and organizational consulting • System setup and workflow recommendations • General business support services Specific services will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of each engagement.
Client understands and agrees that Clarity by Nefy LLC is not acting as: • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • A tax preparer • An attorney • A financial advisor • An investment advisor • An auditor The Company does not provide legal, tax, investment, insurance, or licensed accounting advice. All information and services provided are for organizational, educational, administrative, and operational support purposes only. Client is responsible for consulting licensed professionals regarding legal, tax, accounting, or investment matters.
Client agrees to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Provide requested documents in a timely manner • Maintain responsibility for all financial decisions • Review all recommendations and reports carefully Client understands that the effectiveness of services depends on the accuracy and completeness of information provided.
Clarity by Nefy LLC agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public client information shared during the engagement. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except: • With Client authorization • When required by law • To protect the legal rights of the Company The Company implements reasonable administrative and organizational measures to protect sensitive information; however, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing: • Services under $1,000 require full payment prior to the start of services. • Larger projects may require a non-refundable deposit of 50% prior to project initiation. • Remaining balances are due prior to final delivery of services. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity by Nefy LLC shall not be liable for: • Business losses • Financial losses • Missed opportunities • Indirect or consequential damages • Decisions made by Client based on provided information The Company’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client for the services provided. Client remains solely responsible for all financial, business, and operational decisions.
Clarity by Nefy LLC does not guarantee any specific financial, business, or operational outcome. Results vary based on numerous factors including Client participation, existing conditions, and implementation decisions.
Clarity by Nefy LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between the parties.
Either party may terminate services at any time by written notice. The Client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
By purchasing services, submitting payment, signing electronically, or continuing to engage services with Clarity by Nefy LLC, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
